Energy Control to Acquire TBESouth to expand their business into the West Coast of Florida

Energy Control Consultants, Inc. (ECCI) announced that it has acquired Total Building Environments South, Inc. (TBES).

TBESouth owned by Bruce Cramer and Bill Cheadle, have been providing energy savings solutions to commercial building owners and operators since 2010. TBESouth specializes in Distech Controls, powered by Tridium’s Niagra Framework, an open platform for web-based operator interaction. Based in the Tampa Bay, Florida, they are uniquely positioned to serve customers throughout the southeast.
