Richard and Judith Combs, Founders
In 1978, Richard and Judith recognized a need for multi-site organizations to simplify the complexity of managing disparate building systems. Since the establishment of Energy Control Consultants, their vision has realized the integration of security, fire, HVAC, and energy management for over 80 million square feet of facility space in the United States.
Richard Combs is a Licensed Professional Engineer for the State of Florida, Licensed Electrical Contractor, and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers.
